PRESIDENTIAL MILKSHAKES
"I believe when you are in any contest you should work like there is always, to the very last minute, a chance to lose it. This is battle, this is politics, this is anything. So I just see no excuse, if you believe anything enough, for not putting your whole heart into it. It is what I do."
-Dwight D. Eisenhower
OUR STORY
For the love of Abe and Milkshakes
One of my favorite memories growing up was visiting my grandparents and going to Smokey's to get hamburgers and milkshakes. They had THE BEST chocolate milkshakes.

Fast forward many years to my time at USC and the wonderful campus spot called Ground Zero a.k.a the home of the most amazing oreo coffee milkshake. It's a miracle I didn't gain a million pounds because I frequented Ground Zero quite often. My co-workers and I would go once a month and when I left to move back home, they threw me a surprise milkshake going away party. It was here I first thought of starting a milkshake business. I told you my love of milkshakes runs deep!

New Years 2016 I was in SLO with my good friend Lauren and I told her about my idea and we devised a rough plan of what the shop would look like. I ran it by some friends and family and the Milk House Shakes concept was born. Then, in 2017, I applied for Sacramento's Calling All Dreamers Contest and won! And the rest, as they say, is history!
